We contact a sample of clients to go through a simple questionnaire. We also send out questionnaires to clients to evaluate and improve our services. This helps us to make sure that all our customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
Quality checks will also be carried out on a sample of work, once the job is done. This will be arranged with you in advance.
We would also like to hear any comments or suggestions, or answer any questions you may have.

Dear All,
Helping Hands supplied a van and two men to undertake the work. They have done a fantastic job. I had trouble finding the house yesterday (no, its true) because it looks so different. They not only cleared (or should I say landscaped) the front, rear and side gardens but you can see how they dug up the flower beds as well.
I feel that the contribution that the men made was not only to the garden but also to the clients well-being and self esteem. Bearing in mind that she previously would not answer the door to anyone, she made and brought them cups of tea and chatted quite a lot with them by the sounds of things
Its occasions like these that offer job satisfaction. Even if you 've never met the client or seen her house I am most grateful for the team role that you have played in making such a difference to this lady.
The clients neighbours who had threatened to stop paying council tax are delighted with the works done.
Just a brief update on the above case and to thank you for doing such a splendid job in getting Helping Hands involved. The house which is literally falling down around the elderly, reclusive owner occupier has been the subject of much complaints from the neighbours, who quite reasonably raised a petition of some 50 signatories to have the Council intercede on their behalf and have the house repaired.
I want to thank you for arranging for Helping Hands to do these jobs for her. I was impressed at how quickly they contacted me to inform me that the work will be done.
