We contact a sample of clients to go through a simple questionnaire. We also send out questionnaires to clients to evaluate and improve our services. This helps us to make sure that all our customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
Quality checks will also be carried out on a sample of work, once the job is done. This will be arranged with you in advance.

Helping Hands supplied a van and two men to undertake the work. They have done a fantastic job. I had trouble finding the house yesterday (no, its true) because it looks so different. They not only cleared (or should I say landscaped) the front, rear and side gardens but you can see how they dug up the flower beds as well.

I am writing this note to express my and my husband’s huge gratitude for the help you have given us. The people who called to do the boiler safety check, to supply the draught proofing and all the help you gave us, were polite, gracious and friendly. Until we called into Age UK offices and got a leaflet we had no idea such help existed.
